These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your receipt of text messages from Politika NYC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Politika NYC, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
Politika NYC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with active and prospective political consulting clients. Messages sent through this program include, but are not limited to:
- Campaign advertising creative approval requests
- Campaign content and copy review notifications
- Time-sensitive campaign coordination updates
- Service-related communications and scheduling
- Urgent operational notifications
2. Opt-In Process
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Politika NYC by:
- Submitting your mobile phone number through our website contact or intake form and affirmatively checking the SMS consent box; or
- Providing verbal consent during an onboarding consultation call with a Politika NYC representative.
After initial opt-in, you will receive a confirmation text message. You must reply “YES” to confirm your enrollment and begin receiving program messages.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the nature of your engagement with Politika NYC and the activity level of active campaigns. You may receive messages on an as-needed basis.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Politika NYC does not charge you for SMS messages, but standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message sent or received. Contact your wireless carrier for details regarding your text messaging plan.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from Politika NYC to unsubscribe. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

7. SMS Sharing Disclosure
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
8. Supported Carriers
The SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile device associated with the phone number provided to participate in the SMS program.
10. Consent Is Not a Condition of Service
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Politika NYC.
11. Changes to These SMS Terms
Politika NYC reserves the right to modify or terminate the SMS program, or these SMS Terms, at any time. Material changes will be communicated to program participants via SMS or email prior to taking effect.
